Based in Colchester and covering Essex, London, Kent and the whole of the South East, RAMPLIN & BOE was created by Kevin James Ramplin in 2022 and is a qualified cabinet maker with over 20 years experience working in the industry.
Our History
Growing up, I was surrounded by construction with my family purchasing and renovating properties and with family members working in the trades such as electrical, building, and roofing. I trained as a plumber in the ‘90s but it was the interest in furniture that was to be my calling. Qualifying with a City & Guilds in Hand Crafted Furniture, I then went onto to become an upholsterer. After years of working for a bespoke joinery company I started RAMPLIN & BOE in 2014, creating free standing pieces and fitted furniture.
I also provide a painting and decorating service.
